2 cups packed light brown sugar ▢¾ cup unsalted butter melted ▢2 eggs ▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract ▢2 cups all-purpose flour sifted ▢1 teaspoon salt ▢1 teaspoon baking powder ▢¼ teaspoon baking soda ▢1½ cups chocolate chips semisweet or milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-x-13-inch glass baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Gradually add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Stir until well combined and pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 24–28 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting.
