Horseradish and Green Onion Toast

Servings: 1 loaf 1 stick unsalted butter, softened 2 Tbsp fresh green onion, finely chopped 2 Tbsp cream-style horseradish 1/2 tsp salt Italian Pugliese bread or French Bread loaf

Ingredients

Use a fork to mash together all of the spread ingredients; 

Instructions

1 stick unsalted butter, 2 tbsp chopped fresh green onion, 2 Tbsp horseradish and 1/2 tsp salt.

Cut your bread into 1/2-inch slices and spread a thin layer over both sides of the bread.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium/high heat

and saute each side of bread until golden brown.
